AM335x trouble with installing Linux on board.

BBB boots from the onboard eMMC by default. In order to boot from SD card you must hold down the S2 button while powering on the board.

This solved my problem with  first launch

If remove the SD card and reboot board, then Debian launched again.  

What do I need to do to the my kernel launched  without SD card?? 

And one more question: how to check that module PRU connected?

I cant run my kernel on board without SD card.

minicom script was closed after several second and showed me: "Setup Complete".

Problem not solved. I think, I should every time to run the Kernel from SD

I think we have almost solved my problem.

That, what i do:
Follow all steps and stuck to "Gather Files and Transfer to Host PC". I gathered all files to /tftpboot and transfer to Windows host (c:\AM335x_images).

Then i launched "UniFlash", complete all steps from processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Sitara_Uniflash_Quick_Start_Guide and from Linux host i launched minicom (that needed to stoped boot and run dhcp). I get:

And I do not understand: why build a file system Sitara Flasher Initratfs if we do not load it directly?

That's what I got: 

I tried doing same for Linux, but got problem with tftp-hpa (u-boot doesn't see files).
Also, i had to download the files from AM335x_images manualy
And how to complete 4-th step? ("The flasher image should boot, run the fetcher.sh init script, copy over the flasher.sh file, and run it. This should program the files into the eMMC."

p.s. in the meantime, I'll try flashing emmc from SD

I followed these steps:

It's not likely to be broken, you see SPL messages, meaning that the processor is executing the initial bootloader. I have asked the software team to help on this, but it may take some time before they respond.

I'm not sure which sdk are you using. However all of them should work on BBB.
You should build the kernel with:
export ARCH=arm
export PATH=$PATH:/path/to/ti-processor-sdk-linux-am57xx-evm-02.00.00.00/linux-devkit/sysroots/x86_64-arago-linux/usr/bin/
export CROSS_COMPILE=arm-linux-gnueabihf-
make distclean
make tisdk_am335x-evm_defconfig
make -j4

The errors in your last post:
"SPL: Unsupported Boot Device!
### ERROR ### Please RESET the board ###"
are displayed because you use incorrect u-boot images, or you've built your u-boot with the wrong configurations. See the following link:
