Hello Support,
We are developing a custom board based on the AM437x and will be using parallel NOR flash (Micron PC28F00AM29EWLA) for program storage.
Prior to committing to use this part, I would like to ensure that we will be able to program this device via the processor JTAG interface using either Code Composer Studio or a PC-based utility.
Please advise:
1. If Code Composer Studio has flash programming capability for this particular NOR flash device, through the AM437x via its JTAG interface.
2. If another TI PC-based utility is available which also supports flash programming of this kind.
3. If (1) or (2) are not supported or available, please advise if QSPI NOR flash can be programmed via the processor JTAG connection either using Code Composer Studio or another TI utility.
