C6678L write EEPROM without using CCS

Hello community,

I am using a custom board with a C6678L DSP with an 128kb EEPROM.

I have one question:

Does TI provide a simple way to write an  "out of the box" - EEPROM without using CCS or MCSDK?

Initially we can do it via Boundary Scan, but this way takes, similar to CCS, to much time for serial production.
