Hi,
We need some clarification about the connection of DDR3 Address lines to AM3352.
We are planning to use the same DDDR3L "MT41K256M16HA -125:E" used in BeagleBoneBlack.
The Memory datasheet mentions that for this memory size (256 Meg x 16),
the Row address is 32K (A[14:0]), so we need to connect only A[14 to 0] lines.
But as per the beagleboneblack schematics(below) the A15 address line is also used
even though there is no A15 pin on the DDR3 memory device.
Can we assume the proper connection is A[14:0]?
Regarding the beagleboneblack's connection, is A15 used for future purpose?
Best Regards
Kummi
