I need some GEL files to work with OMAP-L138 processor in TMSLCDK138 demo board on CodeComposer Studio 3.3, for example "OMAP-L138 SOM-M1 GEL, CCS Setup, & BSL Files (CCS v3.3)". The support forum (http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/How_to_connect_to_the_OMAP-L138/C6748/AM1808_EVM_board_using_CCS%3F) refers to the site (https://support.logicpd.com/ProductDownloads/OMAP-L138SOM-M1%28EVM%29.aspx) which might help to download file which I need. But in this site they demand to register their own product to get access for downloading files. As I have TI's product I can't download these files. Could Texas Instruments help me to get these files? Or could anybody share it?

Hi Tankist,

I will recommend you to install the latest version of CCS i.e CCSv5 or higher.

By default CCS is includes gel file for omapl138 device. You will find it here.
~\ccsv5\ccs_base\emulation\boards\evmomapl138\gel

Also i am able to download the BSL software package From the LogicPD site, without any problem. I guess it is openly available for anyone to download. Please check it again and confirm.

Thank you for your advices. That hyperlink is good, I've just checked it (of course, those files don't help me because all of them are for CCS4).

I also found GEL-files from that site:

That's a good resource there you can easily find a lot of information which helps you to use the TMDSLCD board.

Dear Tankist,
Yes, we have lot of useful TI wiki pages for LCDK board and as well as other devices.
As Arvind suggested, always we request customers to use the later version of CCS and SW which has all fixes and latest example code etc.,
Please let us know if any help required.

BTW, also you can import the CCSv3 projects and migrate to newer CCS projects.

Thank you for the support. It is much more easier to create new project in CCS 6 in comparison with CCS3.

Unfortunately, I met a lot of problems with supporting multicore processors in CCS6 so I made several topics which might help to understand problems of creating multicore projects:
