Hi,

We are planning to use the TI AM3352 chip and we are planning on not having an OS at all and no memory. We are planning to use the inbuilt memory in the AM3352 chip but the challenge comes when we want to do over the air firmware update. Is there a way to send over the air firmware update to the chip and if there is what are the steps on achieving this?

Hi,

It's very doubtful that you will be able to achieve all of this using only the 128k of internal SRAM.

What about all the other on chip memory that is there? Like 64 KB of RAM, 256 KB of L2 Cache?

Check Table 2-1 in the AM335X TRM Rev. L. The only memory mapped regions are 2x64kB at 0x402F_0400 and 0x4030_0000. As for the L2 cache, please read through this thread: e2e.ti.com/.../212026
