OMAPL138 EVM SDK and build issue

xdctools_setuplinux_3_16_01_27.bin at http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/omap_l138/1_00/latest/index_FDS.html seems to be damaged. I could not install it.  So I install xdctools_setuplinux_3_15_01_59.bin

I followed the directions (http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Building_The_OMAP-L1_SDK) to build DSPLink.  But there are many errors, for example some undeclared constants in list.h

Thanks

  • Kevin,

I downloaded a fresh copy of the xdctools_setuplinux_3_16_01_27.bin today and was able to install it.  Also, the new xdc installation was able to build the DSPLink software.  Can you try downloading and installing again?  Also, can you elaborate more on what you are seeing when the software install is damaged?

  • Hi Christina,

I downloaded xdctools_setuplinux_3_16_01_27.bin again and now I can install it.   Also, I think I didn't build linux kernel before I built DSP Link.  I will try again.

    Thanks,

    Kevin
