I have a board which was working with compiled UBOOT and AM3874BCYE100.

as AM3874BCYE100 is obsolete, I am building the boards with new AM3874CCYE80 but now the system crashes at uboot min stage.

Should I change the uboot min to work with this version of processor?

If yes, what should I change?

Do we have a new version of uBoot for this processor?

Just noted that the working processor is AM3874BCYE100 and the not working processor is AM3874CCYE80. So the difference is that the old processor goes up to 1GHz but the new processor goes up to 800MHz. Should I recompile the uboot or do I need to make changes to it?

The default u-boot code base configures Cortex-A8 ARM to 600MHz. So try this first. Once working, we can change it to 800MHz.
