Hello,

We are planning to use AM3352BZCZ30 which runs with maximum of 300MHz. Can we interface DDR3 with this part?

The max speed of 300 MHz refers to the Cortex A8 speed. The DDR3 is the same as all other speed grades, i.e. up to 400 MHz. Yes, you can still use DDR3 with this device.
