is there an on-chip termination of the SDRC interface integrated in the am3505?
in the am3505.pdf document on page 109 there are "T" symbols drawn on many lines.
do they represent internal termination resistors and thus no additional termination is required (as always mentioned)?
further there is a pin called "DDR_PADREF".
is that pin defining the internal termination value?
