is TMDX5535EZDSP can handle and process signal with 40KHz and then interface it to my computer?

Did you get a chance to check out the C5000 teaching ROM? It includes a number of training presentations and example code sets that might give you a better idea on how to program the c5535 on the eZDSP using CCS.
