codec loopback problem on lcdk OMAP L138 kit

I am facing the following problem on the LCDK kit for OMAP L138:

I have 4 no. of LCDK kits. Only on one kit CODEC loopback is working. The file I am using for testing comes with the STARTERWARE for OMAP l138 in the foder titled "binary " containing the .out files generated for testing purposes. The mcasp example is being used for loopback of line_in to line_out.If some hardware problem is there in the dac path or adc path where to look at and how to debug .Please provide suggestions...

Dear Kaushal,
Are you using the setup for all the 4 boards ?
Like CCS version, bootmode configuration etc.,

I think, you can find internal loopback test code too, can you try that ?

The setup is the same for all the 4 kits.
the line in to line out loopback testcode is provided with starterware as i mentioned and it works fine on one kit only.Initially two of the kits were working fine but then one stopped working suddenly...
Please specify what you mean by internal loopback....

I am checking each kit individually only .line in and line out of the same kit for loopback.

Dear Kaushal,Which boot mode are you using in non-working LCDK board ?
Please make sure that you kept correct settings for all the boards (especially on non-working board).
