Enable DSP side on OMAPL137

Hi,

I have recently got a OMAPL137 board. I tried connecting this to CCS3.3. I could successfully connect the ARM side to the CCS, but the DSP side is not getting connected. I wanted to know how we can get the DSP side enabled. Is it the ARM side which has to do this. If that is the case what is sequence for enabling the DSP from the ARM side.

OMAP-L137 is a DSP boot device so that should be awake after reset. It could be when you turn the board on, during the boot the ARM turns of the DSP.

To check this change the bootmode to Emultation mode, reset, and try to connect.

Hi,

I could successfully connect the DSP side when switched to the emulation debug mode by making changes to the dip switch settings. Thanks for the iformation.
