AM437x CMOS capture problem (MT9M001)

Hi:

     I have migrated the driver of mt9m001 to the 3.12 kenel .The output image of this CMOS is gray level image. I haved got the almost right image but one row.The resolution of the image is 1024x1280,and the last row pixels are all 0 like this and the other pixels are correct,what is the problem maybe?
