TMS320C5515 with Pulse Oximeter FE-Board software problem.

Hi,

I have a TMS320C5515 EVM with FE-Board (Pulse oximeter) from Medical Development Kit. I'm using CCS v4 and my PC OS is Windows 8.1. 

My problem is whenever I rebuild project (SpO2_System_v5_1) on my PC and go into Debug Mode or Standalone Mode (with rebuild SpO2.out file aswell) the software installation goes on without problem but EVM works like this:

When I don't rebuild SpO2 software and run it in Standalone Mode it works fine.

What can I do to solve this?
