There is a question about encryption boot of C5515.

Expert 2780 points

My customer is considering to use secure boot on C5515.
When encrypting boot image,3 keys seems to be used.

  • 64bit standard TI key[stored in ROM] <- SEED & SEED Offset
  • 64bit Device ID[stored in effuse]
  • 64bit Customer software defined key

I'm now referring the following document:

www.ti.com/.../sprabd7

"SEED and Device ID" are found by "C5515/14/05/04 Encrypted Boot-Image Format".
However, I could not find Customer software defined key.
Where is it stored ?

Best Regards,
da
