I built a 6678 custom board with a micron DDR3 instead of Samsung which EVM used. my DDR3 is MT41J256M8 which has 8 bit data bus. As I read in "Keystone Architecture DDR3 Memory Controller" page 58,SDRAM Configuration Register (SDCFG) bits number 14&15 Specify DDR3 data bus width. This Data sheet says that C6678 support only 64,32 and 16 bit bus width. So I want to know what happen if I use DDR3 with 8 bit bus width?
