I have made the custom board using 66AK2H14 with NAND (Part No:MT29F4G08ABBDAHC-IT ) as the only boot device connected to chip enable (CE0). Whether the latest mcsdk version supports NAND boot or not .

Yes, it does support NAND boot in all the K2 MCSDK releases including latest MCSDK 3_1_4_7.
I would like you to try the platform library test code for your custom NAND device.
