[ Difference between TI-RTOS and Micrium RTOS]

Hello TI,

I start with CC2640 including TI-RTOS for my application. I am digging into TI-RTOS to understand its functionality. I want to know the main difference between TI-RTOS and Micrium (UC/OS-II/III) RTOS? How TI-RTOS different from Other RTOS which make it better. Do Micrium (UC/OS-II/III) RTOS supports TI application?

Please post your suggestions~

Thanks n Regards

  • Hi,

Both TI-RTOS and Micrium over standard kernel functionality (tasking, semaphores, etc.). In addition, TI-RTOS offers peripheral drivers, power integration and CCS integration. Other advantages include cost, support*, and integration with BLE stack.
