Do you mean 32Gbyte eMMC chip? For data storage only or for booting and data storage?

I mean 32Gbyte eMMc chip for storage purpose and in my design we are using NAND flash for boot purpose on GPMC interface

Neelam,

32GByte eMMC for data storage should be possible. There is no problem to support big size if filesystem used support it.

DM816x device datasheet:
9.16 Secure Digital and Secure Digital Input Output (SD and SDIO)

"Supports SDHC (SD high capacity)"

Also you can check the SD Card Association website:

www.sdcard.org/.../

It says for SDHC - "over 2GB-32GB SDHC memory card using FAT32 file system".
