Configure TIMER as input

Thanks for the quick response.

Yes by input I meant capture mode. (Ive configured TIMER5 as Input in the pinmux), but I am not sure how to configure the TIMER registers for capture mode. Also looking at dmtimer.c there is no function to set in capture mode.

Any pointers for doing this would be helpful.
