TMS320C6410ZTS400 available in Lead free version?

Good Afternoon,

I have a customer who is looking at using the TMS320C6410ZTS400 and online it is shown as a lead-free part number type but also says it has lead under the 'lead/ball finish' column. Can you confirm if this is, in fact, lead free? And if not, can you recommend a similar part no. that is?
