RMII interface connection for AM335X with TLK110

I am using RMII interface of AM335X with TLK110.

I want to know if TLK110 device will work with Am335X RMII interface. Please let me know recommende phy whihc will work with AM335X device if TLK110 is not ok.

AM335X reference clock is given from same oscillator(50MHz) which is providing clock to TLK110 device. Is this connection is correct?.

Is RX_DV connection from PHY is required to be connected to AM335X. If yes then whihc pin i should connect it.

Yes, TLK110 has support for RMII mode. For required connections please see sections 14.2.4 and 14.2.6 in the AM335X TRM Rev. L.

I want to confirm the connection ofRMII_REFCLK signal. It should be driven from Oscillator or from PHY clkout pin.

You need to perform timing analysis of this interface taking into consideration the actual PCB delays. The TLK110 timing parameters you need to use in your timing analysis are referenced to XI, so the oscillator should be connected to the TLK110 XI terminal and the respective AM335x RMIIx_REFCLK.
