Hi,
We are facing DDR3 issue in ONE of our 40 boards.
Observation: When the board is powered on CCC is coming , after putting microSD card CC stopped and it is observed that it is not booting from microSD card.
Reflowed whole board as we were not sure whether the problem is because of cold solder joints of DSP or DDR phys
Loaded "BB_021_DDR3_TEST.out" file and found that DDR0 test failing. Screenshot is attached.
Please let us know how to check whether the problem is with address or data lines. Is there any procedure to read and write manually.?
Any kind of help will be highly appreciated.
