Can I boot AM335X processor from uSD card which is connected on USB1 port using USB to MMC card reader controller IC?

Yes, but the uSD card can only host the filesystem, the u-boot image has to be in elsewhere. The AM335x ROM does not support boot from USB device.

Thanks Bin for quick replay. So how can I initially flash my primary boot memory(eMMC) if it not possible to to boot from USB device?

Please search for 'uniflash' in this forum, this is the tool to flash eMMC.
