In AM3352 IBIS model (sprm552c) for ZCZ package. We are not able to define DDR2 data signals as input. We are able to define as output only. Please let me know how to rectified this issue. We are using hyperlynx tool version 9.1.

Hi Manoj,

The DDR data signals are linked to a model selector statement that allows the use of a number of different models. Which model have you selected for your input testing?

HI Bill,

Thanks for help, for input I found model from Model 417 onwards. I will use the same. but for output I didn't find any model. Model for 3 state and input are given for data line in model selector. Please let me know what to use in case of output.

Hi Manoj,
The 3-STATE models are used for modeling output buffers that can be tri-stated.
