Can't load u-boot.img in DDR3

Hi All

Can you explain wat you did to fix this issue, i sucessfully loaded MLO to internal ram of processor AM335x using UART, but it couldn't load UBOOT image in to external ram, the same problem you faced.

Hi,

You must configure your DDR memory first, following these guides:

Thanks your suggestion, in my customised board we used "MT41K64M16" DDR3. And for "MT41K64M16" DDR3 details is not their in u-boot-2014.07-g7e537bf. and i am not getting any configure files to check .
I installed ti-sdk-am335x-evm-08.00.00.00 in my PC.

Hi,
exactly which file i have to change according to DDR3 in my u-boot-2014.07-g7e537bf.
Can u suggest what are the files i need to modify or configure according to my customised board.
