On the OMAP3530 after reset I notice that I am unable to change the IDLESTATE of the periheral modules on the core domain.
I set bit 13 of the CM_FCLKEN1_CORE and CM_ICLKEN1_CORE registers but the CM_IDLEST1_CORE register still shows its set to 1 and hence I am unable to access any of the UART1 registers. I noticed that this worked once but since then I am unable to enable modules on the CORE domain.
