Which one is better in between c6748 lcdk and lamp 138 lcdk

Dear Sir/ Madam,

 

I have two boards (TMS340C6748 LCDK and OAMP-L138 LCDK)  with me .

1. Please let me know which board is suitable for computer vision application where USB camera is the input and PC Monitor  is the output.

2. I am a beginner in CCS. The sites are mentioning to use ccs5.1 Can I use CCS6?

3. I have the major problem in build properties. I am not able to sort out build proprties of C6600 (which include path should be given to c6600 compiler and path to be used for C6600 linker)
