Hi,

We are working on the am57xx-evm, we are facing the following problem.

root@am57xx-evm:/usr/bin# weston

Hi,

Have you verified if the .so is present in usr/bin/ ? Maybe your filesystem got damaged when transfered to the sd card.

Try reformatting your sd card (I suggest to use the latest sdk: sdk 02.00.01.07).

Hi,

we have verified the usr/bin. We have not found the files. we have verified in the latest sdk: 02.00.01.07. We also verified in the SD card which was shipped with am57xx-evm. Kindly check from your side. If you find then please mention the path or procedure to get these.

We are facing one more issue also. When commented CONFIG_SYS_EMIF_PRECALCULATED_TIMING_REGS in the file
/board-support/u-boot-2015.07+gitAUTOINC+d49aa5effa/include/configs/ti_omap5_common.h
we are getting lot of errors. Please look in this also.

kmscube option is not working on am57xx-evm. why.

Even though the above three points are different. please address it.

Have a look at the sdram.c in arch/arm/cpu/armv7/omap5. Emif related timings are set after #ifdef CONFIG_SYS_EMIF_PRECALCULATED_TIMING_REGS.

I'm having same issue on Beaglebone Black, with the latest Linux SDK release. (I think it still is)

You need to use drm-backend.so
try weston --tty=1 --backend=drm-backend.so
