for loop delay is not continuously working in CCS6

I have inserted the delay using for loop. but it is working only once. the loop is not working continuously. How to do it. for the reference i have attached the project4530.if.rar file.

Have you stepped debug the code? I don't know why it would only work once...other than the code is getting executed only once.
