Hi,

I want to create a sdcard for booting BBB from this sd card. In Processor SDK V0.2 /prebuilt-images :

u-boot.img (...evm)

u-boot-spl.bin (...evm)

MLO (...evm)

Question is, u-boot-spl.bin is must for create sdcard boot partition? why we use it ?

Also, could you please give me a simple uEnv.txt for booting from sdcard? I will put it also to sdcard boot partion.

Hello Umit,

Please check this page for SD card creation: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Processor_SDK_Linux_create_SD_card_script
You do not need the u-boot-spl.bin in the SD card, it is used to boot over UART processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM335x_U-Boot_User's_Guide
You will need the uEnv.txt if you want to modify the default U-Boot environment variables or add a custom ones, please check this link for its usage processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM335x_U-Boot_User's_Guide
