ICE AM3359 v2 ADC not getting enabled

I am working with ICE AM3359 v2 , sysbios_ind_sdk v2.1.1.2 in CCSv6.1.1 . I am trying to build ADC example program,it is getting stuck and ADC is not getting enabled. While debugging I  could identify that ADC register not getting configured and nothing is getting executed after it.

Please  help me to get through this.
