Locating Ethernet Driver File

To whom it may concern,

My name is Tyler and I am wanting to locate the Ethernet driver in the TI ARM335x Linux SDK (ti-processor-sdk-linux-am335x-evm-02.00.01.07) so I can have a template for writing a driver that works in Promiscuous mode for an encryption device my team is creating. Can someone help me find where this file is located so I can start understanding how this all works?

I am fairly new to this whole thing and would definitely appreciate some helping getting off the ground. If you don't mind me asking further, are one of these drivers used for the Atheros 8031-AL1A on the AM335x Starter Kit?
