Table 15-40 on TRM (SPRUH73M) shows the typical range of operating frequencies supported by the HRPWM. The TBCLK frequency is configured as SYSCLKOUT frequency.

When the HRPWM capability is enabled, can the prescalers (CLKDIV and HSPCLKDIV) not be used?

If the prescalers can work, what is the range of operating frequencies supported by the eHRPWM?

Hi,

I suppose that by "prescalers (CLKDIV and HSPCLKDIV) not used" you mean that they are set to divide by 1. Yes, this is possible.

When the HRPWM capability is enabled, can the prescalers (CLKDIV and HSPCLKDIV) be set to divide by more than 1?

In Table 15-40 on TRM (SPRUH73M) this seems to be not possible.

Hi Daisuke,

Your observation is correct. The HRPWM functionality should only be used when TBCLK = SYSCLKOUT. This means the TBCLK prescalers (CLKDIV and HSPCLKDIV) can only be set to divide by 1.
