End address for SDRAM of 2MB

Hi All,

Am using Winbond SDRAM for my project with 2MB size. Model Number W9816G6JH (512K x 2 Banks x 16 Bits) Memory

through EPI interface. i have given Staring and End address as 0x00000000 & 0x01000000. I can able to verify the read

and write functionality at Starting address, But failing at End address.

Can anyone help me to verify my calculation of End address is correct or not?
