I have a customer designing a AM5728 onto a board, and they're using the AM572X EVM as a reference for this board. They're using revision A2. The engineer is looking for a part number for the processor heatsink. We've checked the BOM and the number for this item is not apparent, if it's even there.
Can I get the part number for this processor heatsink?
