Configuring Qt 4.8.3 on SDK7 using AM335x

I am working on SDK7 using AM335X platform. But my qt version is Qt 4.8.4 which is not stable and there is frequent hangs. I have already developed some applications under Qt 4.8.3.

I want to configure my platform SDK7 (Linux 3.12) with Qt 4.8.3. How can i configure Qt 4.8.3 to SDK7.

Note: SDK7 is by default configured with Qt 4.8.4. this i need to change with old qt.

Hello Lofna,

The easiest method which comes to my mind is to rebuild the Qt 4.8.3 in SDK 6 OE environment then downgrade the Qt in SDK 7 with them. But unfortunately we haven't tested this kind of configuration, and cannot guarantee its stability or whether it is suitable for production.
Since the SDK 6 is a bit outdated you may need Ubuntu 12.04 to rebuild the SDK 6, Ubuntu 12.04 over a VM is also a variant.
