I am looking for more mechanical information for TMS320DM8168CCYGA2 than is shown on the TI datasheet.

 -          I need to know what the size of the black block is.

-          Is the LID removable?

-          What is the compressive load for this device? How much force can be applied to the device for a clamped heatsink?
