hi,

We are use AM335X and ti-sdk-am335x-evm-05.06.00.00 to design our own pruducts. the flash is S34ML04G100TFI00

Now we've meet some issues durning test.

The problem is. durning test, our product suddenly output no power, and then it can't bootup again(2 pcs).

so we read the flash data through the third tools. we found that the flash was full erased.

can anybody give me some advise? Thanks.

Is this a custom board? Please note that SDK 05.06.00.00 is obsolete from a long time (at least 2 years now), and is no longer supported by TI.

hi Biser,
we appreciate your reply. yes , the board is our custom board, and the sdk is two years later. we have a plan to update to the latest SDK. but now our time is so nervous. so we post this problemto receive more suggestions.
now we have 2 questions:
1 our sdk is too old, so is there any improvement on the sdk 05.06.00.00 with a newer version?
2 do you have a similar problem?

any suggestions is appreciatory

1. The improvements are so many, that it will be impossible to list them here. Latest kernel version is v4.1.13.
2. I have never seen a similar issue reported on this forum.
