Can't ping from kernel,but can ping from uboot

We use two different broadcom PHY 100Mb/1000Mb. The 100Mb PHY can work well in uboot and kernel.

But the 1000Mb PHY only work well in uboot , it can't work in kernel. It can link up ,but can't ping out !
