Is there any example code for using a C5505 with a 3254 Codec using 12S to DMA transfers where the 3254 is master and the 5505 is slave?

You can use the audio filering demo code as an example. You can get it from http://code.google.com/p/c5505-ezdsp/

Once you get there, click "Audio Filter Demo" and you will be able to get the source code.
