You can use like this.
But the DDR and internal memories has to be declared in platform file.

var DDR = Program.cpu.memoryMap.DDR;

Program.sectMap[".text"] = DDR.name;
Program.sectMap[".stack"] = DDR.name;
Program.sectMap[".bss"] = DDR.name;
