How to add /dev/ram0 to udev for Arago Linux?

I'm using the EVMK2H KeystoneII EVM with mcsdk_linux_3_01_04_07.

I am able to boot arago 2015.05 using the arago-console-image-k2hk-evm.cpio.gz file from the mcsdk_linux_3_01_04_07\images folder, but the /dev directory lacks /dev/ram0 (or any other ram devices). How do I add devices to the /dev directory?

Can you please create device file manually by the following command ?
mknod -m 660 /dev/ram0 b 1 1

Titus, yes I can do that manually but how do I ensure /dev/ram0 is available at boot time so I can use "root=/dev/ram0" in the kernel command line?

Titus, I used the command you suggested to add /dev/ram0 to the Linux filesystem cpio archive and now it works. Thanks!
