We are going to be distributing a system based on the Linux filesystem in arago-base-tisdk-image-am335x-evm.tar.gz from ti-processor-sdk-linux-am335x-evm-01.00.00.00.

The standard Linux console and commands are not available to the user.

Is there any copyright information that we need to display or provide to the user that covers the various modules, libraries and utilities in that filesystem and Linux kernel?

Hi Peter,

The license information is described in the ti-processor-sdk-linux/docs/licenses folder. Most of the packages are LGPLv2.1 & GPLv2+ licensed but you can find more detailed description at:
software-dl.ti.com/.../software_manifest.htm

OK, so there is no publicly available file with the copyright information in a form suitable for displaying to the end user; I need to go through all the libraries & utilities and manually create such a document.
