Dear Biser,

Thank you for your answer. Do we have MTBF for similar divices such as AM437X series or any other TI microprossor with ARM v7 core.

This can be found under the "Quality and Packaging" tab on the product page. For example: www.ti.com/.../quality Click on the "View" link under "DPPM / MTBF / FIT Rate"

Just remember that you can not extrapolate the data you have for AM437x to AM572x....
