C5515 eZDSP USB Stick SD test stuck into a loop

I am running the sample code on the C5515, compiled with no error but when I run it, it only shows

EXBUSSEL = 6100

01  Testing SD card...

and nothing else it never finishes the job. I use a 16GB micro SD. it gets stuck in a loop of send command and app command. Anyone has any idea what's going on with this code.
