JAVA on linux used in AM437x

we are using AM437x SDK with Linux OS. we want to implement java based edge analytics engine in the AM437x. how to implement it. the edge analytics engine is QuarkS by IBM. IF TI have any edge analytics module or preferred one, please share the details of the same.

Hi Senthil,

I am not aware of the existence of such module. This should be ported by customers.
Current AM437x SDK works with QT applications, so it would be best if you could create/use edge analytics module written with QT framework.

Hi,
Sorry, I wasn't able to find such application, written in qt.
Try installing the Java based engine. See the following blog post:
blogs.oracle.com/.../oracle_releases_jdk_for_linux
Also you may need to add the meta-oracle layer (taken from here: layers.openembedded.org/.../) in your filesystem build, see the following guide:
www.openembedded.org/.../Creating_a_new_Layer
