I have this message compiling program

ti.sysbios.BIOS heapSize: BIOS.heapSize and Program.heap have both been set. Program.heap ignored. Using BIOS.heapSize.

What is the difference between BIOS.heapsize and Program.heap?

Program.heap is a configuration parameter provided in xdctools to manage the heap size for malloc() in a program not using TI-RTOS (or SYS/BIOS more specifically): http://rtsc.eclipse.org/cdoc-tip/xdc/cfg/Program.html#heap

When you are using SYS/BIOS, SYS/BIOS itself manages the size of the system heap. Its size is set through BIOS.heapSize. This supersedes the Program.heap parameter, so there is no need to set the latter. You can find more information on the SYS/BIOS default heap in section 7.7.2 of the SYS/BIOS User Guide.
