I know it's a very entry level question, but please get through what happened to my EVB kit.
I bought a TMDSEVM3730 kit 2 months agao, and try everything I can to boot it up by supplied manual and SDCARD.
And also I setup the jump sets, connected serial port to view the debug msg, but only get some weird characters output on my terminal,
and then the board boot stuck, an red LED light up on the Power Module.
I also tried change the serial port baudrate from 115200 to 38400 on my terminal side to find what it output exactly, but characters have still to be unrecognized.
By the way, I have tried both SDCARDs with Android 4.1 and Ubuntu Linux supplied by Manufacture in the BOX, further more I changed the jump set and tried boot from NAND directly, only those unknown characters jump out on my terminal.
It has took a long time to do the boot up work for the board, our product was delayed demonstrated to our customer seriously. The kit has been returned to TI support centre, and I was told that I have to get the return authorization here.
Could anybody can help out of the frustration boot problem, or authorize the returning?
